The code saves £5. but is that for only one board..or more?I could get two and get someone who visits Kilkenny often to post one to you there.
The chip alone is £1.50 odd ..with postage and vat.... more but I'd be happy using pickit2 and send a hex file from gcb using icp. I don't use mplab.

That would be great or just send it letter post from the UK. I doubt if you be able to get the discount on 1+ but thanks a million for the offer. I have someone in the UK who I can forward it to me.

That's horrid decent of you but actually I've already ordered one. Like the sound of "other items" though, is that still on offer? Obviously I'll send post in advance.

I decided to go for some dil chips instead. Might as well get a few as postage is the same...
you got to solder headers on dev boards anyway so vero and maybe not a reg on board..see.
Are all the pics features supported in gcb?

Plug it into the PC.
Once the drivers are installed (That should happen automatically) and you can see it creates a drive letter, make note of it.
To program it, send the hex file to the drive letter, it does the rest itself.
You should also see it create a com port that you can use for debugging.
You can also program it directly from GCBASIC.
Open the Programmers Configuration window and Drag the Curiosity programmer to the top of the list.
Your hex/flash button should now work seamlessly.

Thanks Chris. I wouldn't have thought of SEND TO.
I actually got the cnano Curiosity programmer to work with flash hex by changing file to C:\GCB@Syn\XpressLoader\XpressLoader.exe which was a lucky guess. I had bother with it and another xpress board.

Works!
Bugger, they don't ship to Ireland. Pity 'cause it looks good and the price is right.

Send it me and I will pop some other items in the parcel.
If you want to do this... send me an email.

In the context I don't know your context, like what you are looking at, I cannot say.
Two checks you can do yourself. Look for the filename in your chipfiles folder, or, simply trial compile the device name.
But, I will post a list of all the devices soon.
The dev board arrived but how do I program it? It's usb. Is there a microchip usb hex loader for dev boards? .. not a large programming suite.
