As rpi gcb is mentioned... is there a guide to installing freebasic to rpi3?
I can install fbc but missing libcurses.
A working install freebasic to rpi3 copy paste in the terminal guide would be so helpful....
a guide that works for rpi3.
somebody boasting got fbc on rpi and gcb sorted..cool, please share :)
second request any info for TOF10120 rangefinder...
as I can't find the code I did...doh.
@Haroen has used one. Can a gcb version be sorted?
I got one wired and i2c or serial no results. nice to get it working with gcb but dunno how it performs compared to vl0x...which works ok with gcb.
ps...happier new year

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
The rpi is relevant. If you don't do linux commands then you try to get by with cut info and paste
in the terminal but there's typos and lines don't work.
I just flashed buster again on rpi3 cos cut and paste stopped working,
so easy to mess up os.
I was testing gcb rpi but copy/paste lines with errors gave up.
I have installed fbc in user/local/bin and support files should be in the right place but not.
really want freebasic on rpi as I don't do python.
It's easy to install on windows but not rpi. probably not easy on any linux
