Great Cow BASIC IDE v0.98.02 - Programmer Preference
In the Programmer Preference Tool under the "Programmer" tab , several devices use "CLI" in the descriprton. I did not know what the meant but think it means Command Line Interface of something ike that. I sugget it be change to Command Line.
**Example: **
Microchip PicKit2 Command Line - with OSCAL
I think this is a bit more understandable than the "CLI" acronym.

Programmer Preference Tool under the "Tool Variables" tab.
A new column called 'Comments' to be used for comments that support the variables usage 'This is a typical address for a 64-bit Operating System'
Lock the two top fields to ensure they are not deleted in error, or, change the layout to have some usage instructions shown (maybe above the current dialog area)
