There is a issue. I have contacted Angel to have a look at resolving.

Meanwhile , if you want the latest and greatest, download the latest installer. You should take a copy of your USE.INI, install, and then restore your USE.INI

An update package file failed to upload to the GCBasic Server, it is fixed now.
