#114 flag bad lags
Currently, there are two types of bad lags for Spectrometer data. 1. 1024 dropouts; and 2. spikes at any lag. The default operation is to blank problem 1. If the option "-fixbadlags" is used in sdfits then both 1 and 2 are fixed if possible.
It would be useful to have an option to flag both problems. Currently there is no way to remove problem 2 even though they are detected by the software. Also, flagging is better than blanking since the data are not destroyed.
