#109 Delete records in a KEEP file

It would be very useful to be able to either delete or
write over a keep file record. For example, let's say
I am averaging a lot of data and storing it in a keep
file. Along the way I have saved 100 records when by
accident I save a spectrum that has rfi. It would be
nice to remove this spectrum in case I use it by mistake.

Hi Dana,
That is a useful suggestion and we'll add it to our long
term todo list. In the mean time, you can use "flagrec" to
exclude individual records or sets of records from an average.

e.g. you have save 100 records and you realize that record
54 has RFI:

flagrec, 54
select ; select everything
avgstack ; average everything

Record 54 will be selected, but it will not contribute to
the final average.
