This is beta release of upcoming 0.4 version. There is a new build system and it still needs some testing. Homever looks like it is working better that autotools & make stuff. This new build system carries name 'scons'. You can get it from www.scons.org

In this release of GBrowser many crashes and bugs should have been fixed. Also some new features are in, like opening application in inbuilt terminal and downloading files when received drag from firefox or some other browser that supports DnD for links, so you can drag a link from firefox to gbrowser and gbrowser attempts to download that file. Sorry for failed 'make install's. My fault. No-one else to blame for it. I was planning on releasing 0.2 next week but because or broken Makefile(which should be fixed now) I decided to give all goodies from upcoming release for you. Keybindings, Drag and Drop and Mouse Gestures.

Keybindings:
Control + x = cut
Control + c = copy
Control + v = paste
Control + delete = delete
Control + f = new folder
Control + a = previous directory
Control + s = parent directory

Hello ppl.. CVS got updated today with new features, Drag and Drop, keybindings,as I promised, and also some bugfixes, as usual.

Drag and Drop has only default action of moving files. Copy or symlink are not yet supported. Maybe before actual release.
Keybindings (a.k.a hotkeys) includes some common ones:
Control + x = cut
Control + c = copy
Control + v = paste
Control + Delete = delete
Control + a = Previous directory
Control + s = Parent directory
Control + d = Next Directory... read more

Some news of next release of GBrowser. I'm working with Drag and Drop support that will be in 0.2 release. Also I've been doing some performance tweaking, unfortunetly without any noticeable results.

I've been also thinking of hotkeys and mouse gestures support.
I'll add some of this into CVS when I get it in somehow usable state

In other news, my HTML skills are almost at zero level so it would be nice if someone wants to help me doing web page for this project. If you are interested contact me.

Release 0.1 of GBrowser is out. Feel free to try and post bug reports and feature requests.
