Here's a weird one I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out. I have palettes such as

const UWORD Pal01[] = {
RGB(0,0,0),RGB(10,10,10),RGB(20,20,20),RGB(30,30,30),
};

I have alot of them, so storing them in bank 0 wastes alot of precious space. Thus I moved them to bank 3 and access them from bank 0 using

extern UWORD Pal01[];

When I go to compile, I get
bank03.c(line #): error *** function 'UWORD' already has body
and
bank03.c(line #): error *** parse error before Pal01

It works perfectly with unsigned chars for accessing tile data, however I need UWORD for the palettes.
Help Mike! =)

    This is a canned message in response to all of the pre 2.96 open
    bugs. Could you please try and reproduce this under 2.96? gbdk
    2.96 is available from the gbdk download page or from
    http://gbdk.sourceforge.net/staging.
