Hi, This Solaris bug is definitely a really weird problem. I can't solve it at the moment, but I've added a configuration work-around to avoid the problem at the expense of a minor performance hit. 1) download the current CVS version of GAUL (or the forthcoming version 0.1842) 2) compile using: ./configure --enable-memory-chunks=no make Please let me know whether this works for you.
