Well, I tried some of the executables on my windows machine and got mixed results. "diagnostics.exe" terminated abnormally, and caused the OS to pop up an error window. Just before it terminated, it printed the following message: <stuff> Checking doubly linked lists... DEBUG: modified MemChunk atom size. I didn't check this out yet, but I just thought I would report it. I'll probably check it out next time. We might as well figure out what is causing that before we go after DLL's. I tried two or three other of the example programs, and they seemed to work the same as before. That is, the same as under cygwin. Because of the process I used, the forked executables didn't get created. Those aren't ever going to work under mingw anyway, I guess. I didn't try them all, because some of them run for a long time. --McKenzie _________________________________________________________________ Help STOP SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail |
