#17 Having Email Sent to my Android Phone

I have a My Touch 3g running Android operating system 2.2 (Froyo). I would like to set up my UF email to be sent to my phone since I am not always near a computer. When I try to set it up it asks what type of account it is (POP3, IMAP, Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync) Which one do I choose? Then when I get to the next setup screen on any of those three choices it wants to know what the name of the server is, what port to use, and security type if any. Any help is greatly appreciated.
