#49 Default CC address

Allow us to set a default recipient for the CC: form on the
"compose mail" page. I use the webmail page when I'm
away from my personal computer. I usually add my own
address to the CC: field so that when I check my mail
from home, I can have a copy of the original message
and my response for archiving purposes.
