#114 Empty Current Folder button location

The "Empty Current Folder" button is a TERRIBLE idea. It should exist
somewhere much harder to get to. I've emptied my entire inbox twice now
while trying to empty the trash... there's no reason the two buttons should
be identical looking and in practically the same place, especially when the
empty trash is used so frequently and the empty inbox could be devastating
(which it is).
