#13 No cache headers prevent IE from downloading attachments

It seems the no-cache header cause problems of IE when
it tries to download attachments.

    I could not duplicate the problem but I know a lot of people
    experienced it. I have removed the Expires header from the
    response as I belive that to be the problem.

    Yea, so IE 6 breaks with multi-line headers and no cache
    headers when connecting over SSL.

    Of course this all works fine when you aren't using SSL.

    IE is such piece of shit. I fucking hate it.
