[Gather-developer] Beta 2 and FINAL Releases

I've spent plenty of time reorganizing the GatherAdmin console.  The catalog 
member is now extracted from AdminConsoleBean.java into its own bean.  I've 
also worked on adding support for the ReunionEvent page on both the Gather and 
GatherAdmin projects.  

I believe that the installer is acceptable at this point and it may not make 
sense to spend time creating a GUI version.  The command-line installer is 
clean and it is functional.  The only difference if I coded a GUI version 
would be in presentation, and I'm not worried about that at this point.

I think that we should freeze the code once I've completed testing on the 
latest modifications to both projects.  We should release Gather as it is, and 
allow other organizations such as reuniteware.com the opportunity to create 
a "eye-friendly" installer.  

If you have any additional thoughts, please let me know.  Otherwise, I will 
plan on freezing the Gather project code after tests have been completed.
