[Gather-developer] I lied...BETA-1 will be released soon though!

I lied...I said that we officially be in BETA-1 when I wrote again...we are 
not quite there yet.  My hope is to load the code into CVS this evening as 
time permits.  I had a minor issue with the installer which I think is worked 
out now.  I'd like to run through the installation process once again to make 
sure it works fine before I commit the code.

We will get there soon...
