Hi, There are also feature requests from last week which have been closed. So yes, the SF tracker is used and it is the right way of reporting problems. About your bug reports: the ontology API is being completely overhauled for the next gate release which is now imminent. The Jena backend will probably be completely removed and replaced with a different library. So I shall be closing the bugs you opened as "wontfix" as they refer to the old version of the Ontology API and it makes no sense for us to spend effort supporting that. The first error you report is coming directly from Jena, so there's nothing we could do about it anyway. The other two are probably not so annoying, so they'll have to stay like this until the new version is released.
