#207 Bug in basic coreference editor functionality

Attached is a zip file containing a minimal test case.

Steps to reproduce error:

Start GATE.

Open datastore.

Open document.

Open coreference editor.

Show "New" types.

Unhide each coreference set.

Delete a maximally long annotation from existing coreference set.

Add previously deleted annotation to a different coreference set.
