#186 Ontology search doesn't work for property values

when searching an ontology the suggestion is you can search for values of properties as well as class and instance names. The problem is that line 217 of gate.gui.ontology.SearchAction stops the search if the item you are searching for isn't an instance of OResource, and it won't be if you just typed in a property value.

Also from a brief look the code doesn't even seem to check the value of the property field or the checkbox.
