You don't really "install" it. You can download it through cvs, and read the README that comes with it. Google is also your friend. And if you have no idea what cvs is, then I doubt you'd be able to install prc-tools, and build your own kernel, and get a cross compiler going, and basically roll your own distribution together. I've looked, and all of the distributions for handhelds that use garux, already have it built.
