#2 Not holding variable names

I've download the Gart for windows version and found
next bugs:

1) The variable name in the property sheet seems not to
be remembered. Eery property like tooltip, x,y width and
so on works except Variable name.

2) When i choose File/Save it's saving nothing.

3) When i choose Help/About the gart it shows nothing.

The dependencies are :

OS: Windows2000 sp2
java version 1.4.0
