I wonder if it would be worthwhile just moving wholesale to github. I really don't have the foggiest idea how to admin anything on sourceforge any more, after multiple redesigns (each seemingly worse than the last).
I have a bunch of work on Garnet sitting around that I'm not sure how to commit, etc., any more. I certainly don't know how to handle anything involve the forums, issues, file publication, and the like.

Making it hard for people to submit tickets will decrease the amount of feedback you get on an already low traffic project.
