#3 Altitudes not handled

Altitudes should be read from both tracks and waypoints
- the published version does neither, and the
separately linked eTrex version is inconsistent.
This is a simple code fix, but is anyone maintaining
garble _at_ _all_ any more? I tried submitting patches
to the gpsdrive maintainer (as that includes (yet
another) version of garble with it), but he said he
only maintains gpsdrive, not garble.
Is garble dead?
