#2 Screenshot download buggy

Only first byte of screen width is written to bmp file,
so widths greater than 255 get wrongly written and bmp
is mangled.

Filename for bmp save is required, but not used - file
is always screenshot.bmp and overwritten without warning.

Bmp file is reflected - to see it properly you need to
open in a graphics program and Flip (it's also rotated
90 degrees but that would be harder to fix).

I haven't tested with a colour eTrex but as garble
assumes a colour depth of 4 it would be interesting to
see what happens!
