ISAEXEC does not work when the targets are hardlinks itself

When the binaries are hard links themselves turning on ISAEXEC produces wrong pkgmaps, e.g.
l none /opt/csw/bin/sparcv8plus/zsh=/opt/csw/bin/zsh
