#43 Check dependencies for Perm modules

Hi Maciej,

I have now modified GAR to include META.yml always in the package for Perl modules as cswpm-meta.yml with "i" type. I added here for reference my existing Perl code. It would be nice if you could verify agaist "required" and suggest "recommended". It would be nice if there were a way to list "build required" as package names easily from a META.yml from the Python code as calculating the dependencies requires reading /var/sadm/install/contents - which you have already done and doing so again in my script takes ages.
