#2 Please consider GTK3/4 support

Hi,

Thanks for this nice applet, which is rather useful on GTK Desktop environments.

GTK2, has reached the EOL, so it is currently dropped from Linux Distributions.

Therefor, it's upgrading to use the new GTK4, would be the best shot, in order to be available for all current and future APC Users.
