#82 Keyboard Shortcuts for moving tasks

For easier keyboard control I introduced Alt+Arrow Keys for task navigion.
Right/Left arrow keys do the same a tab / shift-tab, up/down move the task up or down.

I realize my patch isn't a perfect solution (making it configurable in keyboard.properties) but it is good enough for my requirement and I figured others might enjoy it.

I also made an archive of the modified 2.0.10 binaries for people who don't want to compile it:
