#77 Add dependencies by ID

Hi,

I make a litle change in TaskDependenciesPanel and DependencyTableModel. Like this you can add dependency by the id of the task. I do this because I have a lot of task with the same description, so it is complicate to choose the good one in the combobox.

I'm sorry but I don't know how to make a patch so I zip the 2 files
