#815 Propertie window size

Hi,

I use GanttProject on a eeePC. The application work great except for the propertie window.
The eeePC has a small 800x480 screen.
When the propertie window opens, it scales itself to the screen size leading to some hidden fields.

The problem comes from
1) the date field which is larger than the screen. When the window scales itself it "folds" the last date field under the first two ones. But the date container seems to have a fixed height so this third field is hidden.
2) the internet link is partly hidden too.

Appart from this GanttProject is really a great software and I like very much its interroperability with Microsoft Project
