#1 can't start exe

on startup it gives the following error (a standard
console-window is opened and an error-messagebox appears):

.NET Framework Initialization Error

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll
could not be loaded

after clicking ok, the program exits.

in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework i only have the
directory v1.0.3705

i use visual studio .net and the .net framework service
pack 2 is installed...

i will try the sources, but an exe-file should be
executable everywhere, shouldn't it?
