#2 Auto add tracker

It seems that GT+ always knows when I _close_ a Party
window, because the tracker automatically disappears;
I've never used that "remove tracker" button. It's
auto-removed. The thing is, if you're so gosh-darned
smart, doesn't that mean you could auto ADD the
tracker, too?

I'd like to have (the option to have) GT+ look at what
tables I have open and automatically add trackers to
any for which it has hand histories.
