#9 Track CTF Caps

Track CTF caps. I'll have to look at examples of the log
files to see how much work it will be to track this.

It should be done for a given team, since tracking the
individual players caps doesn't make much sense.
Unfortunately, tracking information "by team" is
something the script doesn't do right now, so this could
be an expensive addition. It would require the addition
of teams and games, since you would want to be able
to look at a specific game and see how the team had
done.

This feature needs to be speced out more.
