#23 Custom Results View

I'm trying to setup a custom status script result based off of the included example script. I only want the hostname, number of connected/max players, and the game description (whether it's CSGO or CSS for example). I'm still learning PHP and I've tried several ways to echo or print the desired array values but I must be doing something wrong as it doesn't work. Could anyone give me an idea of how to access the desired value, such as echoing the hostname?
