[GD-Windows] merge modules

Is there a simple way to install .msm files? We have a custom setup tool/
installer and I need to install a bunch of merge modules on the customers
machine and was wondering whether there was an easy way to do this.

I alreday read a lot of documentation but I fear it's all leading me in the
wrong direction :)
