Version 1.4.0 Released

Version 1.4.0 of the Scrolling Game Development Kit is now available for download at http://gamedev.sf.net/download.shtml and the list of new features is at http://gamedev.sf.net/Help/WhatsNew.htm.
The project listing has also been updated with many new features like paging, sorting, user ratings and comments.
