GameDev Graphics Library

I have finally collected a significant quantity of graphics designed for use with the Scrolling Game Development Kit and am releasing it as a graphics library in its own package. They have been collected from my own works and the works of other GameDev authors. Since they are plain bitmaps, these graphics could be applied to many uses.
