i receive an error saying activex can't creat object

  This is usually a result of not having properly run the install. Did you run setup.exe?

    It can also happen if there are problems with your media clips, like files not found or of the wrong type or no midea player installed/supported.

  Thread View .... can't create object..
  1.I think this is active x object is not registered.
  2.or object version is not compatible.
