Dear friends

I have Installed Game Dev Scrolling Development Kit to my pc (Win98 os dell p111)

I am facing following error when i click run , to play someones open source game .

a popup appears (Automation Error)
after then another window appears (Error Playing map: Display must be open to clear screen)

Can you help me. (The software versiov is 1.4.6 Scrolling Game Development Kit)

  This is usually a result of a problem with your sound configuration -- possibly not supporting the format of the media files provided in the project.
