#4 button wait for splash pics

As some people (like me) have made some quite nice splash pics for many gamebase databases, it would be nice if those splash pics could be viewed a bit longer, instead of just a second or so.
An option to enable this by waiting for a mouse click before the splash pic dissapears would come handy.
