Here is a Mingw32 build of g2ghpro that has the alternative tuning patch applied. Tested on Windows XP 32bit and Windows 7 64bit.

You need to make sure that you use libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll and libstdc++-6.dll from previous downloads as these files are too large to upload here.
