2D Plot with lines and scalebar

Hello,

Is there an option in the Pyreweighting-2D.py script to include black lines delimiting the colored areas in the 2D plots? I tried to include plt.countourf but it does look quite messy. The scalebar besides also looks too small.

HI Alessandro,

We normally take the PMF data and use Origin Pro to plot the 2D free energy profiles. With that, you can easily adjust the energy contour lines

For python, you may need to look up more to find the options.
