#7 Clarify output of command-line programs

The output of some command-line programs may be confusing. For instance, gambit-enummixed always outputs the equilibria in reduced strategic form, even when the original game is passed as extensive form.

Not sure if there's an easy workaround for this, or whether it's time to get serious about file formats.
