[CONFIGURATION]
* NEW: Examples are not installed anymore and were removed. They will be 
  stored in the Gambas farm server.

[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* NEW: Remove the examples from the welcome dialog, the open project dialog 
  and the 'File' menu.
