* NEW: Use explicit black on white colors.

[GB.GUI.BASE]
* BUG: The GridView, TreeView (and all its cousins) background correctly
  reacts to system color theme changes.

[GB.QT4.WEBKIT]
* NEW: WebView: Try to interpret the control background and foreground 
  colors as default web page colors.
