[GB.GTK]
* BUG: Fix Printer.Print() when printing to a PS or SVG file.
* BUG: Paint text routines now use the printer specific Pango routines when
  painting to a printer.

[GB.REPORT]
* BUG: Fix preview so that no useless scrollbar is displayed in "fit to 
  page" mode.
