* Switch version to 1.9.91 for the first release candidate.

[SCRIPTER]
* NEW: Register a mime-type for Gambas scripts if xdg utils from 
  the Portland project are installed on the system.

[INTERPRETER]
* NEW: Register a mime-type for Gambas executable if xdg utils from 
  the Portland project are installed on the system.
