[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* BUG: Signature window foreground color is always black, so that it is 
  always visible, whatever the default background color is.

[DATABASE MANAGER]
* NEW: Arabic translation made by Daif Al-Otaibi.

[GB.QT]
* BUG: Color.LightBackground now returns a color that is suitable for light
  and dark backgrounds.

[GB.GTK]
* BUG: Color.LightBackground now returns a color that is suitable for light
  and dark backgrounds.
