[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* NEW: A new option for using or not the release version number when 
  creating an installation package.
* BUG: Fix the RPM package naming in the packager.
* BUG: Autotools are correctly detected now in the packager.
* BUG: The packager menu list is correctly refreshed.
* BUG: Chhecking autotools package does not prevent from making other kinds
  of package anymore.
* NEW: The global "find" menu entry always open the find tool.
* BUG: Fix the editor procedure combo-box that sometimes displayed an 
  incorrect procedure name.
