#43 MacOS X / X11 Port

MacOSX in combination with Fink can run a complete KDE / X11
environment. Sadly, Gambas does not yet build on OSX with a full
installation of X11 / KDE / Qt i.e. one capable of building other Qt/
KDE applications from source. This is probably due to linker
differences and a gcc version based on gcc 3.3 (in 10.3)

Ideally, the Qt/Aqua library would be used to build a native, non X11
version of Gambas (without code changes)
